On Friday, February 20th, 2026, I sent Dr. Dana an email and copied the school board once again seeking time to attend and speak at a future School Board meeting to discuss the Sex Scandal that the board and her were covering up. That next Monday morning after I sent my email on the Friday prior, Dr. Dana field a "stalking" complaint against me for sending her emails.She called the MPD and two real dumb city employees arrived at my front door at 8:02 AM on Monday morning...MPD finest, "Tattoo Arm Cop" Matt Jacobs & "Little Girl Cop" Julie Carbon & Jessica Quamme (Little Debbi - 5 ft nothing) who detained me in my garage without cause on this same Monday morning, who also rushed into my house, without my approval, or a search warrant...who were jamming a form down my throat to sign......and while standing in my kitchen without my approval or consent, they would not ID themselves. Yes, in my kitchen and these real dumb asses and uneducated and untrained Middleton cops refuse to ID themselves.What Dr. Dana just did by contacting the police with this fake complaint is that Dr. Dana just committed a federal crime "under the "color of law" as she used the police to violated Patrick Franzen 1st Amendment Rights when Mr. Franzen sent her that Friday afternoon email seeking a meeting. Dr. Dana is facing felony charges. Then my wife freaked out and left that night and has not returned since because the Tattoo Arm cop told my wife that I was a stalker! The rest is history. "Under Color of Law" Dr. Dana and it is a felony that you are facing "under the color of law " look it up!!!..

WIAA's Over Paid Executive, Todd Clark, Dr. Dana Monogoue, and the entire Middleton School District is covering up a huge "Sex for play Scandal" that went on for years, as well as players who were not illegible to play, however, became legible by cheating, all under prior head basketball coach Jeff Kind that was first surfaced to school leaders back in 2022 by Patrick Franzen. This massive and coordinated cover up that included prior and current ADs from the Middleton High School and current and prior leaders of the district. This why so many parents are moving away from HS sports as all this bad behavior continues by school district employees comes to light.
Mr. Clark, you need to resign for your total and complete "dereliction of duty" as a W-2 employee of this non-profit that covers up sex crimes resulting in eroding the WIAA brand equity because of employees like you who ignore to follow up with Patrick Franzen dating back years on issues that need the WIAA to at least seek what the issues are vs ignoring the issues and telling the parents, like Patrick Franzen to go away or I will call the Middlton Police and have you arrested.

Middleton PD rejects and ignores recent "Cease & Desist" Demand notification sent to MPD Chief, Steve Thompson informing him that no MPD cops or personnel are allowed on Patrick Franzen's property. That request was denied as MPD Officers (3 cop cars and 3 cops) came to Patrick Franzen's property unannounced on Sunday Morning, Father's Day at 10:23 AM. Patrick Franzen and Proactive Publishing filed a criminal complaint of "harassment" against Steve Thompson, Middleton Police Chief as these complaints was filed "Prior" to the MPD arriving at the house on June 21st at 10:24 AM. Immediately, like in 10 minutes after the complaint was filed with the Dane County Sheffifs office, the MPD took action and raced to Patrick Franzen's house with 3 cop cars and 3 Officers. Allen Branch, a highly paid non-profit employee of the Dane County Boys & Girls Club was featured on WMTV News on April 30, 2026 asking for donations to help offset the Clubs Increased Gas Expenses. Where is Big Mike Johnson, Lead Manager at the Dane County Boys & Girls Club who earns $473K per year? ASK Big Mike who runs this Non-Profit organization. Again, Johnosn who earns $473K per year as he could donate part of his overrated salary to help fund Mr. Branch and his Club's budget shortfall. Additionally, Mr. Branch, your Club just awarded a $400K Scholarship to one Vernon HS Student in April, 2026, then Mr. Branch and the Boys & Girls Club appear on TV one-month later asking for money, this is Crazy!! This Club appears to be poorly managed and very greedy relative to asking for money under their current financial circumstances.
Big Mike Johnson, Lead Manager of the Dane County Boys & Girls Club, recently announced a $400,000.00 single college scholarship to be awarded to one Verona High School Student. Instead of awarding say $50K for eight students, or $100,000 scholarship four (4) students, all $400K goes to one student. Very poor decision to award all the money to just one student vs spreading it around to other students. Also, Big Mike Johnosn earns $473,000.00 per year. How can a non-profit 503(b) afford to pay Big Mike Johnosn $473,000.00 per year and award $400K to one student when they are closing Boys & Girls Clubs around the country? Answer - Incompetence under a DEI hire.
