My First impression:
When you meet people for the first time and they lie relative to their real name first name, I do not respect them, nor should you. Now, if Petty Betty would say they my name is Betty, but you can call me Susan, that is totally different and fine, but that was not the case when I first met Petty "Betty" Lethlean back in 1998 when I moved my family to Northlake.
Nick Name:
Petty Betty secured her new nick name recently, this past year during Lesbian Pride Month and her refusal to mow the grass on her side of her yard next to five huge trees and on the lot line. Petty Betty........ Nope, "I am not going to do it and I do not care if the grass grows to ten feet, I am not cutting that five-foot strip that would take me 30 seconds or less, even though I am an uneducated Shullsburg Farm Girl and I am as tough as any man!"

Fake name is Susan. People that lie to others what their real first name is, fall into a special category that Petty Betty falls into. If she fakes and defrauds people via her name, the next section relative to her bad behavior stealing from the feds for decades per her own commentary in 1999 will shock you.

In 1999, I remember specifically sitting on Petty Betty's deck drinking beer with her and my wife, and Betty's mom, Margery, and a few other new neighbors who just moved into town. That specific night, Betty really got drank that night and talked about her scam, however, she felt it was standard procedure, that is why she was so upfront and free to share her "creative Invoicing" concept and how everyone is doing it with the feds. Candidate Tiffay who is running for WI Gov, feels that Madison in 2026 has over 5 Billion dollars a year alone in waste and fraud, so they are aware of it, as Petty Betty explained to me back in 1999 on that summer night on her deck. And yes, the Fed via VP JD Vance is heading up a new department with the DOJ to seek out these fraudster who are stealing from Medicare and Medicaid, however, Petty Betty is retired now has and already made/stole her money years ago with zero to no oversight of these federal funds.
Towards the end of that same specific summer Saturday night back in 1999, late in the night I asked her how she could afford a house like this on her salary because she did not appear to be smart or educated or impressive at all to be residing in this huge wonderful new house? She replied how "creative invoicing" to the fed is wide open! What she really meant was She was defrauded the Fed by over billing for services she did not complete. Also, she said there is little to no oversight, if any at all. Based how "Petty Betty" explained it, it was easy.
I really feel neighbors should look out for each other.
